Opuntia Pear Brandy

Tasting notes: Intense flavors of tropical fruit, Williams pear, melon, and roses. Sweet, grassy, and spicy, with a long finish. 

Wilder Gin

Tasting notes: California botanicals including sagebrush, purple sage, bay, yerba santa, and Ojai pixie tangerine peel 

Strawberry Thief Brandy (Aged 5 Years) 

Tasting notes: The result is a VSOP brandy with a dry character, lovely strawberry aroma and notes of honey and dried fruit. 

Angeleno Amaro

Tasting notes: California-grown french Colombard White Wine, brandy, orange zest, Chamomile, and Gentian Root, along with other spices and botanicals. 

Limoncello

Tasting notes: Ventura County lemons, organic wheat spirits, cane sugar, and distilled lemon juice. 

A Tasting Ticket includes access to the event, a sixty-minute private tasting and one Ventura Spirits cocktail.
